And it is with that, that we decided to test, install and finally provide our clients with the Polycom HDX 7000 series.
For businesses looking to make use of video conferencing facilities it is always important to ensure that the venue they use have a wide enough coverage and a large enough footprint to leverage. That is why when we launched video conferencing we decided to roll it out nationally throughout South Africa.
The sites include Fourways Johannesburg, Umhlanga Durban and Century City Cape Town. In addition, clients wanting to make use of a wider video conferencing network (both locally and abroad), can make use of our bridge facilities which cater for multiple concurrent calls both across our physical network and beyond.
All sites have full on site ICT support, with technicians available upon your arrival, as well as during the call should you require further assistance.
Each venue offers full catering, which can be booked in advance or upon request.
It is recommended that all bookings be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment.
