Network Infrastructure

• At our Fourways Business Centre we have installed over 36 Kilometres of CAT 6 Ethernet cabling (510 CAT6 Network Points) allowing for High Speed Internet connectivity
• At Rivonia & Bryanston we have installed over 20 kilometres of CAT5e Ethernet cabling per site
• 10 Gigabyte Fibre Backbone with full redundancy
• Fully Managed Layer 3 switching. Allowing for 10/100/1000 connectivity to your hardware device/s and controlled security
• Wireless Connectivity throughout our building through a selection of Wireless Hot Spots
• High Speed Internet, over a shared Infrastructure or customized dedicated solutions
• Each Company is setup on a dedicated VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) with DHCP or Static Assigned IP addresses. Each VLAN is also assigned a Virtual Firewall. The VLAN infrastructure allows for customized solutions to suite your companies requirements. The VLAN configuration assures a high level of security. Staff within a company are able to share information and devices
• At The Business Centre we have a specially designed Firewall Gateway, which controls our quota system. The quota system allows us to supply and control bandwidth allocations to companies or individuals. Customers have the option of purchasing bulk bandwidth or pay as you use bandwidth packages. This system also allows for full real-time reporting on companies or individual Internet and email usage, ensuring you get the most out of your Internet usage at all times.
  

Server Room and Server Hosting

At The Business Centre we are able to host your company’s server(s) in one of our secure server rooms. The server is racked and attached directly to your company VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) on a dedicated 1000Mbps (1GB) connection. This provides you with the peace of mind that not only is your important data secure at all times, but that you can also access it, as and when you need to.

Multi-function Printers

At The Business Centre we use an enhanced, state of the art tracking and secure printing solution, which allows companies or individuals to print directly from Laptop/Desktop and release prints from any of the printers in the building by using their security access card. If a printer is currently offline, you simple walk to the next available printer without having to go back to your workstation to re-print.

The transactions are tracked per company or individual and invoiced at the end of each month.

Internet Cafe

The Internet cafe: High Speed internet access available while you grab a drink or snack in our Business Cafe. Your customers may also use this complementary service to check email or make that quick internet bank transaction.
